Affiliate Program Terms

The Level Up Shopify affiliate program is an invitation-only referral program. As an affiliate, you earn a commission when someone purchases Level Up Shopify through your unique referral link.

Commission

You earn 30% of each sale made through your referral link. If the buyer uses a payment plan, you earn 30% of each instalment as it's processed. The commission rate is subject to change, and any changes will be communicated to you before they take effect.

How tracking works

When someone clicks your referral link, a cookie is placed on their browser that lasts for 30 days. If they purchase within that window, the sale is attributed to you. If they click another affiliate's link after yours, the most recent click gets the credit.

When you get paid

Commissions stay in a pending status for 37 days after the sale. This allows time for any refund requests to be processed before commissions become payable. If the buyer requests a refund within their 30-day refund window, the commission is cancelled and will not be paid out.

Once a commission clears the pending period, it becomes due. Payouts are processed manually on a monthly basis via bank transfer. Once you've registered as an affiliate, email your bank details (account name, BSB, and account number) to [email protected] so we can set up your payouts.

What you can do

Share your referral link with people you genuinely think would benefit from the course. Post about the course on your social media, mention it in conversations, recommend it to friends and other business owners. Use any of the promotional resources provided in your affiliate portal.

What you can't do

Do not make income claims or earnings promises of any kind when promoting the course. Do not imply that buying Level Up Shopify will result in a specific financial outcome.

Do not use spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or any form of deceptive marketing to promote your link.

Do not bid on "Level Up Shopify," "Level Up Online," or any variation of the brand name in paid advertising.

Do not use your own referral link to purchase the course for yourself or for someone using your payment details.

Disclosure

Under Australian Consumer Law and ACCC guidelines, you are required to disclose your affiliate relationship when recommending Level Up Shopify. This means letting people know that you earn a commission if they purchase through your link. A simple line like "This is an affiliate link, which means I earn a commission if you purchase through it" is all that's needed.

Removal and changes

Level Up Online reserves the right to remove any affiliate from the program at any time, for any reason. We also reserve the right to update these terms at any time. If the terms change, you will be notified via email, and your continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
