What exactly is Level Up Shopify?
Level Up Shopify is an online course for complete beginners. Eight modules and 41 lessons that take you from your very first Shopify login through to a live store. Every lesson is recorded inside Shopify itself, so you can see exactly what to click and build your own store alongside me. Nothing skipped, nothing assumed.
Do I need any experience with Shopify or design?
None at all. Every lesson assumes you’re starting from zero, and nothing is treated as obvious. If you can use a browser and send an email, you have what it takes.
Do I need to have my products ready before I start?
Yes. The course is built around actually building your store, so you’ll need to know what you’re selling before you dive in. You don’t need your full range finalised, but you should have a clear idea of your product and who it’s for. If you’re still working that out, get it sorted first and come back when you’re ready.
How long does it take to get through?
Most people work through it over four to eight weeks. Everyone moves at their own pace though, and that’s completely fine. There’s no deadline and nothing expires, so you can fit it around your life rather than the other way round.
Do I need to pay for Shopify as well?
Yes. Shopify is a separate subscription you pay directly to them, and it isn’t included in the course price. You can see their current pricing on the Shopify site.
Can I do this if I’m not in Australia?
Yes, completely. Shopify works the same way wherever you’re running your store from, so everything here applies whether you’re in the UK, the US, Canada or anywhere else.
What happens when Shopify changes something?
When Shopify makes significant changes, the relevant lessons get updated so you’re always working from the current version. Your access covers every update.
The practical details.
How much is it?
A$397 if you pay in full, or three monthly payments of A$149. That’s the founding member price and it closes on 30 September 2026. After that it’s A$497, or three payments of A$179.
What does founding member actually mean?
You’d be one of the very first students through the door. You get the lowest price the course will ever be, and you get to help shape what the community becomes from the very beginning.
How long do I have access for?
You have access for the life of the course, which means for as long as it stays an active product. Every update I make along the way is included.
What’s included with the community?
Twelve months of access to the Level Up community, where you can ask questions, get feedback on your store, and see what everyone else is building.
What happens after my twelve months?
Your course access carries on as normal. If you want to stay in the community, it continues at A$19 a month, and you can cancel any time.
What if a payment fails on the payment plan?
It retries automatically and you’ll get an email so you can update your details. If it still can’t be collected after a few attempts, your access pauses until it’s sorted. Nothing dramatic, and nothing you can’t fix in a minute.
What if it turns out not to be right for me?
Email me within 30 days of your purchase and I’ll refund you in full. You don’t need to give a reason and there are no hoops to jump through. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days. You can read the full refund policy here.
What currency are the prices in?
All prices are in Australian dollars.

I’m not techy at all. Will I actually be able to do this?
Yes, and worrying about that is completely normal. Not being technical is the whole reason this course exists. I show you exactly what to click and explain why it matters, so you understand what you’re setting up rather than following steps and hoping nothing breaks.
I’ve started before and got overwhelmed. What makes this different?
Overwhelm almost always comes from too much information with no order to follow. YouTube gives you pieces and blog posts give you fragments. This gives you one path, in sequence, with every step explained before you take it. There’s no point where you’re left working out what comes next.
What kind of business does this work for?
It’s built around physical products, so whether you make them, buy wholesale, or ship them, you’re in the right place. If you sell services or digital products you’ll still learn how Shopify works, but the course isn’t tailored to that and some of it won’t apply to you.
I already have a Shopify store. Is this still worth it?
The course is built around building a store from scratch, so some modules won’t be relevant to you. That said, if you’ve got a store already but don’t know how to use Shopify, and you want to learn the platform properly so you can take ownership of it and manage it yourself, this will get you there. You’ll finish with a complete understanding of how Shopify works.
Can I ask questions while I’m building?
Yes. The Level Up community is included with the course, and it’s there for exactly this. Post whatever you’re stuck on, share what you’re working on, and see what everyone else is building alongside you.
