Terms of Service

These Terms of Service cover your purchase of and access to Level Up Shopify, sold by Level Up Online (ABN 89 871 731 060). By purchasing or accessing the course, you are agreeing to these terms, so please read them before you complete your purchase.

1. The course

Level Up Shopify is a self-paced online course that walks you through setting up, designing, and launching a Shopify store. It is hosted on Kajabi and accessed through leveluponline.co. Your purchase includes video lessons, lesson notes, and community access for the period set out below.

We update course content from time to time to reflect platform changes or improvements. Those updates are included in your purchase at no extra cost.

2. Access

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive login details for the course platform. You have access to the course content for the life of the course, meaning for as long as Level Up Shopify remains an active product offered by Level Up Online. If we ever discontinue the course, we will give you reasonable notice before access ends. We do not guarantee access beyond the life of the course.

Your purchase includes 12 months of access to the Level Up Online community. After that, community access continues month to month at A$19 per month, billed automatically unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] before your next billing date.

Your login is for you only. You cannot share your credentials or let someone else access the course through your account.

3. Payment

Pay in full: Your payment is processed at the time of purchase and full access is granted straight away.

Payment plan: If you choose the payment plan, your first payment is charged at the time of purchase and the remaining payments are charged automatically on the same date each month until the total of A$447 is paid. Your obligation to pay the full amount begins at the time of purchase. The payment plan is simply an arrangement for how that amount is collected, not a reduction in what you owe.

If a payment fails or is not made for any reason, we may suspend your access until the outstanding amount is paid. You remain responsible for all outstanding payments regardless of whether your access has been suspended. We do not change payment methods once a plan is underway, except in the case of an expired card or at our discretion.

4. Refunds

Please read our Refund Policy at leveluponline.co/refund-policy. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Intellectual property

All content in Level Up Shopify, including video lessons, lesson notes, templates, and any associated materials, belongs to Level Up Online and is protected by copyright. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the course content for your own learning only.

You cannot copy, reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or use the course content to teach or train others, whether for commercial purposes or not. Breaching these terms may result in your access being revoked without a refund and could expose you to legal liability.

6. Disclaimer

Level Up Shopify is an educational course that provides general guidance on using the Shopify platform. The content is not tailored to your specific business and does not constitute business, legal, financial, or professional advice. Results will vary depending on your effort, your product, your niche, and your market. We do not guarantee any particular outcome from completing the course.

Any examples or case studies used in the course or its marketing are illustrative only and are not a promise of what you will achieve.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with Level Up Shopify is limited to the amount you paid for the course. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of the course or any third-party tools or platforms recommended within it.

Nothing in this clause removes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Third-party platforms

Level Up Shopify teaches you to use third-party platforms including Shopify and Kajabi. We have no control over those platforms and are not responsible for any changes they make to their features, pricing, or availability. We update course content when we become aware of significant changes, but we cannot guarantee that every part of the course reflects the most current version of every platform at all times.

9. Conduct

By joining the Level Up Online community, you agree to treat other members and us with respect. We reserve the right to remove you from the community without a refund if your behaviour is disruptive, offensive, or harmful to others.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be at leveluponline.co/terms-of-service. Continuing to use the course after any update means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
